Abstract

During this past year, we completed accrual to Phase 2 study of Minnelide for ASCP and began correlative science on samples associated with the study. Study results were presented at AACR Annual meeting and a manuscript is in preparation. In addition, we are completing analysis of pre-clinical studies examining the role of squamous master regulator dNp63 in chemotherapy resistance and metastasis. A mansucript is in preparation. During this past year, we accrued over a dozen patients with pancreatic acinar cell carcinoma to the Rare Solid Tumor Natural History Study and have continued to follow-up with these participants. Information about the cohort was presented at GI ASCO and a manuscript is in preparation. Further, analysis of acinar cell patient archival samples for selected surface markers is in process (a collaboration with JPC investigator Yang Zhang and NCI Laboratory of Pathology).
