Abstract
This research is primarily conducted by a collaborating laboratory. The study employs a range of immunological techniques, including ELISA, neutralization assays, and additional analytical methods, to comprehensively characterize antibody responses to SARS-CoV-2, its emerging variants, and related coronaviruses in individuals who have received vaccination. By analyzing the breadth and potency of these antibody responses, the research aims to identify broadly neutralizing antibodies that are effective against multiple viral strains. This work will not only improve our understanding of the mechanisms underlying human antibody-mediated protection against viral infections, but also provide valuable insights that can inform the development of next-generation vaccines and therapeutic strategies to combat current and future viral threats.
