Abstract
The project aims to develop novel computational approaches for privacy preserving genomic analysis and in particular genomic imputation and genome wide association studies through the use of Trusted Execution Environments.- a hardware/software hybrid architecture to enable all computational processing to be done within a "Secure Enclave", a dedicated portion of the memory which can not be accessed even by the operating system. We are currently focusing on the Intel SGX platform but our methods are applicable to other TEEs as well.
