Abstract

We have completed enrollment on 5 of these studies including 4 in CNS lymphoma testing combination targeted therapy, immune checkpoint inhibitor therapy, and BTK inhibitors + novel chemotherapy as well as 1 in follicular lymphoma testing PI3K inhibitor. We showed that BTK + chemotherapy can cure patients with CNS lymphoma and this will change clinical practice upon publication. We are publishing the manuscripts now as we await opening of replacement studies testing T-cell redirected therapy and a novel BTK inhibitor.
