Abstract
We published a manuscript in Cancer Cell highlighting the unique spatial characteristics of malignant B-cells in FL and their relationship to communities of non-malignant immune cells. In the same paper we also showed that single cell RNA sequencing highligts a subset of B cells with chronic BCR signaling that may have therapeutic relevance in high-risk subsets of FL. In the context of this clonal evolution study, we are currently working on a paper that shows the correlation between levels of circulating tumor DNA at diagnosis and the subsequent risk of early progression.
