Abstract
We have initiated the first combination trial of an immunocytokine and chemotherapy in prostate cancer. The phase 1 study is complete and has demonstrated safety and preliminary evidence of immunologic synergy. We have initiated the first combination study of an androgen receptor pathway inhibitor and immunocytkine in prostate cancer. This phase 2 study is evaluating clinical, immunologic and imaging responses after therapy. This study has accrued more than 50% of patients with preliminary data expected to be presented next year. We also evaluating radiation with an immunocytokine in localized prostate cancer. This study continues accural.
