Abstract
We have successfully established an RCAS-Tva glioma mouse model driven by a range of oncogenic alterations identified in human gliomas. Disease progression and histological analysis confirmed that the mouse tumors recapitulate key features of human glioma. Additionally, we derived glioma organoids (GBOs) from mouse tumor tissues, generating robust in vitro models for glioma research. These GBOs have been employed in multi-omics analyses, including RNA sequencing and LC-MS, to investigate potential oncogenic pathways. Notably, both the mouse glioma and GBO models are compatible with newly developed fusion gene-driven glioma systems, which are often constrained by the limited availability of clinical cases and tumor specimens.
