Abstract

We are completing IND-enabling tests and write protocols to test novel CAR T cell constructs. These studies are needed so we can conduct the next CAR T trials. In addition we are conducting studies to optimize the delivery of CAR T cells in patients post transplantation, which is of specific significance in patients with hepatocellular carcinoma. orthotopic liver transplantation is a potential treatment option for patients with hepatocellular carcinoma and these patients are not eligible for concventional immunotherapy.
