Abstract

We recently transitioned to spectral flow cytometry (instead of mass cytometry): this is faster, cheaper, more reliable, high-througput experimental techniques with no downside in terms of the measurement quality. We have also introduced a series of Python pipeline to streamline the processing and interpretation of large corpus of experimental measurements. We have been collaborating with many groups on campus in order to apply our experimental/theoretical platform to pre-clinical and clinical studies.
