Abstract
It has been reported that IDH mutant patients that had levels of D-2HG higher than 200ng/ml at the time of "complete remission" had a shorter overall survival compared with patients with lower levels of D-2HG. These data emphasize the importance of measuring D-2HG or other biomarkers in patients for monitoring the treatment response, diagnosis and even prognosis. Here we will conduct a comprehensive global analysis of samples from IDH-mutant patient followed by statistical analysis, which has the potential of discovering additional biomarkers.
