Abstract

Studies on the immune response to NSCLC are showing a phenotypic signature that identifies neoantigen reactive T-cells in fresh tumor. In addition, some of these T-cells recognize autologous organoids but are not identified by normal neoantigen screening methods. These so called 'dark matter' antigens comprise new classes of tumor-associated antigens not currently recognized. Expression cloning methods are being applied to define these additional tumor antigens. In addition, the clinical trial continues to determine the efficacy of TIL from NSCLC
