Abstract
Development candidates are moving through the process of preclinical evaluation although resources have been limiting. This includes new animal studies in mouse xenografts as well as mechanistic studies related to toxicity and efficacy of the compounds. Publications are in advanced stages to document these achievements. All of the projects have the the potential to become therapies for different cancers. I will continue to search out appropriate resources in pharma and academia for development as appropriate.
