Abstract
The glycan microarray is our core technology used in all other projects in the group. Therefore, we continually expand and improve the carbohydrate microarray and associated methodologies. Recently, we increased the content of our arrays to over 1000 components, including a variety of N-linked and O-linked glycans, glycosaminoglycans, glycolipid glycans, and glycopeptides. We have been developing chemoenzymatic methods for preparing glycopeptides, to further increase the size of the array. Lastly, we have been investigating the use of SPRi as a new instrument/technology for glycan microarrays.
