Identification of small molecules against lenvatinib-resistant thyroid cancer cells

Abstract

During this report period, we confirmed the hits identified from previous screen and shipped 19 compounds from different drug classes to our collaborator's lab for further validation. One conference abstract (Targeting PI3K/AKT/mTOR Signaling and Inhibition of BCR/ABL Tyrosine Kinase and Glucose Uptake Overcomes Resistance to Lenvatinib in Thyroid Cancer) was prepared and presented by our collaborator in 17th International Thyroid Congress meeting. Our collaborator was awarded the ITC Travel Grant for our work.
