Abstract
NCATS provided an initial system to establish the method at NanoTemper. Despite the well-behaved system, which was QCed and validated at NanoTemper, no kinetic data was obtained using their spectral shift technology. Currently, NanoTemper is troubleshooting the method by testing alternative protein tags and conditions as well as exploring altogether alternative systems for kinetic data collection. NCATS is evaluating new systems for which there is kinetic binding data available and will provide options to the team.
