Abstract

During this period, the collaborative project team worked to adopt a 384-well AlphaLISA assay from the Kraemer lab and miniaturize it to 1536-well format for high-throughput screening. The assay will measure interactions between MSUT2 and poly(A)-RNA. The assay in 1536-well plate was robust for High-throughput screening and the NCATS annotated library was screened. Selected top hits based on established activity thresholds are currently under evaluation by collaborators. Further qHTS and virtual screening of NCATS diversity compound collection are underway.
