Abstract

During this period, the collaborative team designed new compounds and conducted a focused medicinal chemistry effort to improve the brain permeability of our existing compound series. Initiated early SAR studies on a promising chemotype that was identified using machine learning. These studies will help us understand how a compound's structure relates to its activity. The team is conducting experiments to identify the binding hypothesis of our published compounds. This research will be critical for writing our medicinal chemistry paper.
