Abstract

The first part of the project was wrapped up and a paper is under review in nature communications. During this period, the team worked on scaling up the probe compound for in vivo studies and also conducted several experiments to address the manuscript revision. In addition, the team worked on a different chemotype which has distinct mechanism and conducted extensive SAR synthesized over 100 compounds. Conducted PK experiments and continued the chemistry campaign to improve the mechanism as well identify the molecular target. The team worked closely with the collaborator and internal proteomics team to expand the effort to identify the mechanism of action.
