Abstract

This is an observational multi center longitudinal real world data collection protocol to capture deidentified data of patients treated with the complement inhibitor, pegcetacoplan under the Apellis compassionate use, early access program (CUP). Longitudinal clinical data and labs from our patient with a rare kidney disease C3 Glomerulopathy receiving compassionate use of the drug will be entered into a database and will help to inform management of C3 glomerulopathy. This work aligns with our research including immune mediated kidney disease.
