Abstract

The CHI team has made extraordinary progress toward the completion of many experiments and projects in FY25. In summary, the CHI Scientific Advisory Board accepted six new projects (Holland, Kanth, Connors, Bosticardo, Ferrer, Sereti). These are in addition to the 15 collaborative projects in-progress at the CHI. In total, the CHI had 21 active collaborative projects in FY25. Below is an executive summary. Five collaborative projects in FY25 were marked as complete (Manthiram, Moutsopolous, Tussiwand, Fraser - Fostimatinib, Fraser - HIV Reactivation). This means that the agreed upon experiments were executed by CHI staff and the generated data was analyzed and delivered to the PI. Six projects are current in the stage of having the experiments designed and are either waiting on sample collection or subsequent scientific experiments to be processed by the collaborative PI (Lionakis, Katzelnick, Hourigan, Sereti, Holland, Kanth, Connors) Eleven of the active CHI collaborative projects have had their scientific experiments executed and the data is in the process of being analyzed (Kang, Rocco, Sandler, Hourigan - Peptobismol, Hourigan - Maternal Probiotic, Lionakis, Guerrerio, McGuire, Ferrer, Bosticardo).
