Abstract

Our research shows that timed interventions (such as feeding and exercise) can synchronize circadian clocks in a tissue-specific manner. Understanding these distinct tissue responses is critical for uncovering how lifestyle interventions influence health status and well-being. Our findings highlight the importance of considering both the timing of interventions and sample collection when assessing physiological and molecular effects. Our ongoing efforts also provide valuable insights into strategies for promoting healthier aging. Additionally, we are now expanding our work to understand the crosstalk between circadian rhythms and other hallmarks of aging.
