Abstract

The Core offers a comprehensive range of next-generation sequencing (NGS) services, including RNA-seq, ChIP-seq, targeted and whole exome sequencing, as well as single-cell sequencing applications using the 10x Genomics platform. We provide two service options: sequencing-only and full-service, which includes library preparation. We have supported investigators from NHLBI, NIDDK, NICHD, NIA, and NINDS, along with numerous researchers from other NIH Institutes and Centers. Our state-of-the-art sequencing platforms include the Illumina NovaSeq X Plus, NextSeq 1000, MiSeq, and iSeq, offering flexibility for a wide range of projects. We also offer long-read sequencing capabilities using Oxford Nanopore technology. The Core is committed to delivering high-quality sequencing data with a fast turnaround time—typically within 2–3 days—and at cost-effective rates.
