Abstract

1. Core utilization and accomplishments - Consultations for demanding assay methods, and instrument operation training with data analysis: a total of 1,642 hours of consultations on new or ongoing projects by 37 laboratories, NHLBI, 30; non-NHLBI, 7 - Developing and implementing LC/MS methods for 1) mass measurement of intact proteins and organic compounds: a total of 3,088 quantities from 25 laboratories - Separation and quantitation of proteins or metabolites by HPLC: a total of 1,286 quantities from 5 laboratories. 2.
