Abstract
My Brotherâs Keeper, Inc., in collaboration with the University of Mississippi Medical Center and the University of Southern Mississippi, proposes the Integrated Health Services (IHS) Project to improve health outcomes among adults of reproductive age (18â45) in Mississippi. The project will focus on communities with elevated social and health vulnerabilities, identified through comprehensive social and maternal vulnerability indices. Using a community-based participatory approach, the initiative will work closely with local residents to establish priorities, address key barriers, and identify measurable health outcomes. The IHS Project will target structural factors that limit access to consistent, high-quality healthcare, with a focus on promoting uninterrupted healthcare utilization to improve service delivery. Ensuring access to safe, respectful, and effective care is essential to advancing reproductive and sexual health priorities, including maternal health and the prevention and treatment of HIV and other sexually transmitted infections across the state.    Â
