Abstract
All study visits have been finalized and research analysis is ongoing. The study enrolled patients with a variety of autoimmune diseases including Systemic Lupus Erythematosus, Rheumatoid Arthritis, Idiopathic Inflammatory Myopathies, Antineutrophil Cytoplasmic Antibody (ANCA)-Associated Vasculitis, Sjogren, Scleroderma, as well as patients with immune mediated kidney disease and healthy controls. We are finalizing a variety of statistical analyses to assess association with clinical and laboratory features in response to both vaccine and infection. Multiomics analysis is also being finalized to assess immune modulation. We have also performed a detailed assessment of genetic associations linked to appropriate adaptive immune responses to the vaccines in individuals with systemic autoimmunity doing a GWAS analysis.
