Abstract

The purpose of this revised Interagency Agreement (IAA) is to define the terms for participation of the Department of Veterans Affairs (VA) as a healthcare provider organization (HPO) in the All of Us Research Program administered by the National Institutes of Health (NIH). The goal of the Program is to build a diverse research cohort of one million or more U.S. volunteers who are engaged as partners in a longitudinal, long-term effort to transform the understanding of factors contributing to individual health and disease. The IAA will enable a collaborative relationship between the agencies to enhance the All of Us Research Program while expanding knowledge of precision medicine.
