G.) We request $100,000 administrative supplemental funds in the year 4 for the above-mentioned grant to pay costs associated with IT contractual services for the NISBRE2026 conference and travel needs for the collaborating LSU and UNL teams. The current year 4 budget is $65,286. allocated to LSU and UNL personnel working on the project. It is insufficient to support IT contractual agreements and travel-associated expenses for the LSU and UNL to plan for the conference. Specifically, we request the following funds. 1) We request administrative funds in the amount $20,000 for travel and supplies for LSU and UNL personnel for current year to finalize the venue for NISBRE2026 in Maryland, Bethesda (budget and justification attached). We anticipate three personnel from UNL and LSU visiting the venue at least twice in year four. 2) We request administrative supplement funds in the amount of $80,000 for contractual arrangements for IT support for website and other necessary logistics for the current year to finalize the website and start the registration process (budget and budget justification attached).
