Abstract
SUMMARY Addinex is seeking to file for a new patent and trademarks to help commercialize our product. Patent: Addinexâs IP attorney will ascertain the patentability of our invention, including showing that it is useful, innovative, novel, and non-obvious, create, document, and file all applicable application documents, including descriptions, claims, drawings, and other forms, perform patent research, both in the United States and in foreign countries, regarding the existence of potential patent infringements, file the provisional patent application, and deal with USPTO examiners during the application examination process. Trademark: Addinexâs IP attorney will search for similar trademarks that could prevent ours from being registered or used in commerce, interpret the results of such findings and advise us on how to proceed, evaluate the strength of our proposed mark and help us develop a strong mark, explain our rights concerning the registered mark and how to pursue infringement claims, prepare and file the trademark application and follow it throughout the process should it require amendment, follow up on the process, adhere to deadlines, check status, and respond to any further inquiries regarding our application. Timeline and Milestones: We plan to file both our new provisional patent and trademarks by year-end. With both in place, our products and brand will be more protected as we transition to commercializing our product and speak with investors.
