Abstract

ADVANCED IMAGING and ANALYSIS MODULE Project Summary The goal of the Advanced Imaging and Analysis (AIA) module is to provide our NEI R01 investigators with the resources and expertise to conduct cutting-edge basic and translational vision research. This module provides a unique, centralized resource of state-of-the-art microscopes, quantitative image analysis, and the creation of visual content at levels exceeding the capabilities of any individual laboratory. The modules's shared resources enhance productivity, promote collaboration between research groups, and ensures the highest standards of image analysis and visualization for the data produced by our team of vision scientists.
