Abstract
Abstract/Lay Summary The AIDS Malignancy Consortium (AMC) was established in 1995 and has been at the forefront of the clinical evaluation of interventions for the treatment and prevention of malignancies in people living with the human immunodeficiency virus (PLWH). The consortium includes 10 international trial sites located in 6 countries in sub-Saharan Africa (including 6 sites in South Africa, Kenya, Zimbabwe, Uganda, and Malawi) and Latin America (including 4 sites in Mexico, Brazil, and Argentina). The supplement to the AMC grant (2UM1CA121947) will support convening an expert group of scientific reviewers to provide peer review of approximately 2-4 AMC clinical trials annually that will involve patient accrual from the 10 AMC international sites.
