Abstract

PROJECT SUMMARY – PILOT/FEASIBILITY CORE The Pilot/Feasibility Core will fund studies that will lead to improvements in the knowledge of underlying mechanisms, diagnosis, or management of iTTP, cTTP and CM-TMA, and may generate data for future grant applications. The core will fund the development of assessment of biomarkers, pilot studies of therapies or interventions, novel laboratory assays, or analyses of clinical data collected in the longitudinal natural history studies (Projects 1 and 2).
