Abstract

Abstract The Bioinformatics Core of the “Immunization against Multidrug-resistant Pathogens: Activating T Cell Immunity” Center of Excellence for Translational Research (IMPACT-CETR) will support experimental design, data collection, analysis, integration, and visualization for the three research projects. Operating through the Information Technology Research Computing team at BCH, this core will leverage existing bioinformatics platforms and pipelines to develop and maintain sophisticated systems aimed at facilitating the processing of single-cell RNA-seq and spatial transcriptomics data. It will provide consulting, software, tools, training, and best practices to foster research and collaboration, and will advise on and provide services for statistical and data analysis. Aim 1 is to deploy a dedicated data collection and analysis system using its High-Performance Computing cluster and BioGrids Software installation platform. Aim 2 is to provide bioinformatics analysis for single-cell RNA sequencing and spatial transcriptomics data generated by the Non-Human Primate core. Aim 3 is to visualize high-throughput single-cell RNA-sequencing and transcriptomics data using internal and public CELLxGENE platforms for interactive interpretation of the complex transcriptomics data.
