Abstract

To support the development of a non-human primate (NHP) lymph node (LN) microphysiologic system/tissue-on-a-chip with a focus on modeling immune responses to anti-viral vaccines (influenza, SARS-CoV-2) and testing the efficacy of these medical countermeasures.
