Abstract
Summary This Administrative Supplement request aims to perform single nucleus gene expression studies (snGEX) on white blood cells from buffy coat samples collected as part of the Acute to Chronic Pain Signatures (A2CPS) program. snGEX will be assessed at two timepoints per individual: baseline and 3 months post knee replacement surgery. Gene expression profiles from subjects who develop chronic pain will be compared to profiles from those who do not.
