Abstract

Through this contract, NHGRI’s OGDS obtained additional support for the development and execution of a centralized review process for Data Management and Sharing (DMS) Plans. A Subject Matter Expert is responsible for supporting and streamlining NHGRI review of DMS Plans; assessing compliance with and implementation of the NIH DMS Policy; and supporting implementation and communication of NIH data sharing policies. This work is increasing the efficiency and quality of DMS Plan reviews while also providing applicants with resources to develop better plans. The contractor is also responsible for performing certain task order management tasks.
