Abstract

Currently, NCBI provides several AMR services and resources including the NIH National Database of Resistant Organisms (NDARO), an AMR reference gene collection, a tool to identify AMR genes (AMRFinderPlus) in bacterial genomes, and an AMR gene allele nomenclature service for beta-lactamases, mobile colistin resistance, and quinolone resistance.
