Abstract
Celiac disease (CD) is a human chronic autoimmune disorder of the small intestine driven by adaptive immune responses to gluten peptides in wheat, barley, and rye. The contractor is targeting dendritic cells and macrophages to discovery new tolerogenic adjuvants which when paired with gluten antigens, may enable the first clinically viable immunotherapy for CD patients.
