Abstract

The plae.nei.nih.gov resource's accompanying paper was accepted for publication in August 2023 at TVST. The eyeIntegration.nei.nih.gov resource was updated to version 2.0 in May 2023 with updated samples, improved metadata processing, and new visualizations. The geyser tool was submitted to Bioconductor for acceptance in their open source software. Once accepted, it will be submitted for publication. The metamoRph tool is in active development and will be submitted to Bioconductor when it is ready
