Abstract

The Protein Technology Core has been modernized with the installation of new instrumentation. Since it was established the PTC has successfully completed generation of nanobodies and sybodies for a number of projects in collaboration with groups within the Center for Structural Biology and the RNA Biology Laboratory. Moving forward into the next 12 months we will be working to optimize protocols further with particular emphasis on the screening of membrane proteins, protein complexes and protein-RNA complexes.
