Abstract
In the last year, the CCR IVM Core has been completing the following 8 projects: 1) Role of peripheral mRNAs in controlling tumor invasion and metastasis - Investigator Voula Mili (LCMB) 2) Intravital imaging of drug-induced Anaphase Catastrophe in human Lung Cancer Cells expressing Fucci-4 in Xenograft models - Investigator Ethan Dimitorvsky (Frederick National Lab) 3) Role of Smurf2 during wound healing - Investigator -Ying Zhang (LCMB) 4) Role of ASAP1 in the progression of Rhabdomyosarcomas (RBDs). - Investigator Paul Randazzo (LCMB) 5) Imaging mechanical properties of tumor microenvironment during melanoma progression - Investigator Glenn Merlino LCBG 6) Role of Trail during neutrophil infiltration in breast cancer. Investigator Stan Lipkowitz (WMB); 7) Role of PKI in basal squamous cell carcinoma in the skin; Investigator Ramiro Iglesias-Barolome (LCMB) 8) Imaging cell cycle during tumor progression.
