Abstract

We are utilizing previously discovered T-cell receptors (TCRs) that target neoepitopes arising from mutations in the p53, NRAS, or KRAS. We are testing T cells transduced with vectors encoding these TCRs for functionality and specificity in vitro. We are also testing them in murine models of multiple myeloma and acute myeloid leukemia. We intend to demonstrate specificity of these TCRs and efficacy against hematologic malignancies. If these goals can be completed, we will start a clinical trial that will assess treatment of patients with myeloid malignancy.
