Abstract

1) Generated over-expression and knock-out models of RASGAP and investigated the mechanisms by which it regulates drug resistance by analyzing changes in gene expression and signal transduction 2) optimized conditions for biotin labeling and identifying the cell surface proteins by mass spec analysis. In the process of optimizing an alternate cell surface labeling technique to complement the biotinylation approach. 3) Generating patient-derived organoid models and generating cultures of autologous T cells from the patient's peripheral blood.
