Abstract

Aims of our study: - Expression of (CD4+ AP/ CD8+ DAB), CD103 DAB, CD39 DAB will be determine by IHC in a group of renal cell carcinomas - Images acquisition will be done using a Zeiss scanner and epithelial, tumor and stroma areas will be annotated on each sample using the QuPath 0.2.0-m8 software. Areas of necrosis, blood cells, blood vessels were excluded from the tumor areas. - Positive immune cells within will be detected by color deconvolution and threshold adjustments. - Positive cell detection was measure by optical density sum, and measurements maps created. - Number of detections, positive ad negative, percentage of positive cells and number pf positive cells per mm_2 will be recorded for our analysis. - Cluster maps will be evaluated in some samples to determine the presence or not of a specific pattern of positive immune cell in relation with tumor ones. - The CD103 and CD39 cells location will be analyzed between tumor and benign epithelium and clinical and pathological data will be correlated with our results.
