Abstract
Clinical projects - Established protocol of NHS-IL12/M7824 in Kaposi sarcoma open enrollment at the NCI KSHV-MCD protocol open enrollment at the NCI Abemaciclib in KS - open enrollment at the NCI IL-7 for Kaposi Sarcoma Pacritinib in KSHV-MCD - Awaiting IRB approval Gene expression patterns in GI and skin Kaposi sarcoma - 23 paired samples of gastrointestinal and cutaneous KS were obtained and analyzed with bulk RNA sequencing. Our analyses found that lytic KSHV genes were higher in GI samples. Of the host genes those that were clinically significant included FLT4, which encodes for a receptor of VEGF-C and VEGF-D.
