Abstract
Summary Fiscal Year 2023 In FY23, the GCBC worked with 17 different principal investigators from the NIDCD and NIDCR on 37 separate projects. These included RNA-seq at both single cell and tissue level, spatial RNA-seq, long read IsoSeq, whole-exome and whole-genome variant detection and epigenetic studies. In all projects the GCBC participated in experimental design, library production, sequencing and the bioinformatic analyses of the data. In addition, the GCBC helped to deposit data in public repositories when appropriate, and aided researchers in retrieving and analyzing publicly available genomic data.
