Abstract
During this period, national and international viewership of the content has grown substantially with an additional 100K annual access counts observed in 2022 leading to approximately 530k total accessions that year. In 2023, the AGM e-book has seen a further increase in quarterly access numbers, and currently it is accessed more than 1,300 times per day. Assay Guidance Workshops, drawing from AGM content, are another major component of outreach by NCATS for the translational science community. New Assay Guidance Manual chapter added this year: Machine Learning and Assay Development for Image-based Phenotypic Profiling of Drug Treatments. PMID: 36921077. Authentication of Human and Mouse Cell Lines by Short Tandem Repeat (STR) DNA Genotype Analysis. PMID: 23805434. Assay Guidance Workshops, drawing from AGM content, are another major component of outreach by NCATS for the translational science community. The AGM program conducted multiple workshops during this period: Assay Guidance Workshop for High-Throughput Screening and Lead Discovery. (Oct. 18-19th, 2022. Bethesda, MD) Assay Guidance Workshop for High-Throughput Screening and Lead Discovery. (Feb. 25th, 2022. San Diego, CA)
