Abstract

We have already published a manuscript on our collaboration with the ReDLat network on a multi-ancestry analysis of the genetics of Alzheimers Disease (Lake et al., 2023, Mol Psychiatry). Along with ReDLat leaders, CARD will investigate whether there are unique risk factors for dementia in Latin American countries, compared to US populations. To date, close to 1900 patient and healthy participant samples have been collected. We also will host ReDLat trainees at CARD to be trained in data science projects using ReDLat datasets. These data will be added to ADWB and available to the research community.
