Abstract

We will use the iPSC Neurodegenerative Diseases Initiative (iNDI) cell lines and harmonize mRNA localization and local translation datasets with datasets generated through that initiative. As a pilot project, we have knocked down RBPs using CRISPRi and performed transcriptomics and proteomics on fractionated axons. CARD Advanced Analytics team is automating pipelines for data analysis based on this pilot project. As data is analyzed and new code generated, these resources will be made available to the neurodegenerative disease research community.
