Abstract
We are close to completing enrollment fo 200 patients and 60 controls and are bringing patients back for follow up visits and biospecimen collections. Genetic analysis, anti-COVID responses and flow cytometry analysis has been almost completed. We will soon complete analysis of transcriptomics and autoantibodies. Vascular data is also being analyzed. The study is enrolling patients with a variety of autoimmune diseases including Systemic Lupus Erythematosus, Rheumatoid Arthritis, Idiopathic Inflammatory Myopathies, Antineutrophil Cytoplasmic Antibody (ANCA)-Associated Vasculitis, Sjogren, Scleroderma, as well as patients with immune mediated kidney disease and healthy controls. We plan to perform a variety of statistical analyses to assess association with clinical features (actively being collected) in response to both vaccine and infection.
