Abstract

Our team has utilized next-generation techniques in cell culture and tissue culture modeling to explore concepts in disease origin, progression, and treatment without invasive and unfounded experiments on patients. We characterize these models using a variety of omics technologies and single cell methods. We have published our results in peer-reviewed manuscripts and utilized the data generated to further expand our chemogenomics methods for defining new therapy concepts to treat complex diseases.
